Incredible Connection gives people faulty products BEWARE!!!!!

Not happy with the service from Incredible Connection, we bough a laptop and it started switching off everyday we took it back to the store 15 days after purchase. only got it back from repairs 03 March. my frustration is why do we need to struggle waiting for a NEW laptop being fixed or changed the battery. I have no confidence in their product since they even refused to give me a new laptop or my money back now i am stuck with this ****ty second hand laptop. my advise is NEVER BUY AT INCREDIBLE CONNECTION you will be stuck with a recycled unit for the price of a new one.
