Incredible Connection Gift Cards

Today was one of the most painful experiences that I could have had at a retailer - I received a thousand rand in Vouchers to Incredible connection as a birthday gift and once I managed to find the Item I have been looking for I could not redeem one of the vouchers as they could not verify what amount was on the gift card - DESPITE me having the till slip of the amount with the corresponding card number attached to it. I had the great displeasure of Dealing with one of the most uninformed managers I have ever come across (Evert) who made me pay R600 out of my own money until he can verify what is on the card. He can only do this on Thursday as Maruet the Area Manager could also not do this(probably wanted to go home as she didn't want to speak to me) . I the consumer will vow to never shop or ask for anything from Incredible connection as they do not care about the consumer. I will take my business to Dion Wired who efficiently helped me prior to this. I need to go back to Incredible connection to get my money back if they can verify the card has the funds in them. It just goes to show that Incredible connection does not care for you as a person and will only care for themselves.!
