INCREDIBLE CONNECTION GATEWAY - WORST SERVICE EVER !!!!

Hello.

I app**** for a credit apply online and was asked to go into the store to finalise the process. I arrive at the store around 6:20pm knowing that the store closes at 7pm, just to be informed by the manager that I need to come back the next day as they are too busy to do my application and that store closes at 6 but they were all just standing there having a good conversation with each other. I wasted my time going to incredible connection in gateway. The manager couldn't even do much as she lacked knowledge of their systems and told me that I need to come two hours before the store closes and ahe couldn't even explain as to what the process is when I asked her. I've always had good service from the pavilion branch but because of the gateway store, I refuse to support the incredible connection stores anymore.
