Incredible Connection Gateway

I am not ever one to name and shame a company so it pains me that I have to be this Karen lady but the service of this place was so disgusting.

My laptop is an Acer a few years old and Incredible Connections offers a trade in service. I went to the Gateway branch not only did it take forever for someone to help (mind you the store had one or two customers and about 15 staff members) I was told by the tech centre that we had to wait but that they would check the model number.

The two staff members asked me to wait for the technician and when I walked around I saw them all laughing at me and staring at me. I went to ask if they were done and could give me a valuation and they said yes they will offer me R61.... you read that correctly SIXTY ONE RAND.

I asked them if it was a mistake and they laughed and said no.

I walked right out of the store and when I contacted the complaints department the lady only wanted to know my profile number and when I said I don't have one she just said she cant help me.

Moral of the story save yourself the trouble from visiting this store.
