Incredible connection Gardenroute mall George

Very bad service!!!! We bought a TV 7 months ago, and it broke. We took it in to incredible connection, it took them 3 weeks to let us know they will give us a credit after we had to make numerous phone calls to find out what's a happening. Then we found out we will have to pay in to get a similar TV again. We went to get one they were very unpleasant and the manager that was helping us walked away to do other things leaving us alone on the floor knowing that the electricity will be cut shortly and not telling us. Then when we were busy with the transaction the power was cut and we were told to come back the next day. They refused to give us our money back and told us that would take 4 working days. So we couldn't even go to another shop to buy a TV. They got very arrogant with us and I would NEVER buy from them again or recommend them to anyone! Be very careful to buy any electronics from them and I would tell all my family and friends about it.
