Incredible Connection Garden Route Mall - The Worst!!!

In June I did a lay bye for a tablet, yesterday I made the last payment to collect my tablet, cashiers, sales consultant and manager took their time to bring out. Informed me that they couldn't find my tablet and that they will call me the next day, next day arrived, I called them, just to inform me that the tablet was sold, I asked to speak to the consultant he weekend off,no explanation no accountability, asked them to give my money back, they can't must wait till Monday for branch manager to approve, "watse *** is dit" never in my life have I experienced such ****en bad service. Its just no we can't, no we must wait.....
