Incredible Connection Fourways will not replace my PS5 Controller.

Sold me a PS5 controller for R1 500. It broke within 30 days. I returned it to them and they said they needed to send it to their supplier to have it replaced - I was promised 14 business days as an SLA. It's been 30 business days and I've received no word from them. We have called in numerous and driven to speak to them - every time they refuse to accept blame and just say its the supplier.

At the end of the day, I paid R1 500 for a product that I had to return and have not gotten my R1 500 back. They have taken R1 500 from me.
