Incredible connection fourways mall

If i could it wouldn’t even be 1 star. Totally ***********.. rude staff.. I have been waiting on a repair on my product and these people have no transparency on the matter! No updates and no one knows whats going on! No manager can give me an answer and when you request your refund they “escalate” the request but nothing happens.

Never getting through to the head of depression or manager! This has a been an absolute nightmare! They just keep dragging it out!

Highly recommend not buying product here and staying away from the entire JD group!
