Incredible connection fong kong Kindle Fire - Do not buy it

Against my better judgement I decided to buy a Kindle Fire 7 device from Incredible Connection in February of this year. The device did not even last 3 months, it does not even switch on. It just went dead. So i searched for my receipt and took it back to the store for repairs, today they call me to tell me, they cannot fix it because there is a crack on the screen. I asked them, what does a screen crack have to do with the phone dying. The crack is old and has been there for sometime, there is no relation. I see they want to use "insurance company tactics" of hiding in between the fine-print.

When i use my hard-earned money to spend in your store, I just want you to give me what I paid for, fair value - without trying to find loopholes and tricks, fine-prints to be slippery and employ your trickery. I cannot accept that a device bought for that amount should have a shelf life of three months and for you to tell me - too bad, there is a scratch on your phone, we cant fix it.

I am using Samsung tablet, from 2015 with screens so cracked you cant even see your reflection - but the phone works. So this is complete nonsense and they know it. I am not suprised their reviews are so low online, they are completely useless store. I should have read these reviews before going there and wasting my hard earned money, in these difficult times
