I went to the store to apply to laptop on credit around pass after all they could tell was they are knocking off in 30 minutes and they cant help I should come back the following day. their comments was so frustrating.

27 Mar 2023, 10:54I then went of Mall of Africa again to apply laptop on credit, believe I waited for an hour before they could assign a write person to assist, the whole hour I was assisted by someone who does not know what she was doing and then male manager come again to ask her to go assist in other department while I was sitting there. the service I received was bad.
