Incredible Connection Faulty products bad service

I bought a gaming table with built in LED lights from them online. When I received this table the LED lights didn't work at all. It took Incredible connections over 3 weeks to collect the table. Its now almost been 2 weeks since they collected it and I have had no communications about replacement or refund, they just ignore all my emails. This is the worst aftersales customers service I have ever had. Will never buy from them online again.
