Incredible Connection : False Advertising Campaign / Poor Service

My daughter purchased a new notebook based on a marketing campaign that a student will get a R750 rebate on a student promotion. The purchase was made on the 31st of January 2025, and all documentation required for this promotion was submitted on the 6th of February 2025. After following up on progress on various occasions, the infoirmation had to be submitted twice again. However this has been not resolved after 5 weeks. After various communication attempts to Incredible connection, I had specific feedback from the branch that this will be resolved on the 4th of March 2025. Again this personal commitment was not honoured.

Incredible Connection's poor service and disregard for their own marketing campaigns and direct commitments made by the branch, leaves a sense of arrogance and disrespect to customers in a tough retail market.
