Incredible Connection False Advertising!

I recently purchased a laptop from an Incredible Connection branch. The sales consultant told me that after the purchase, no further costs would need to be incurred and imp**** that Windows 365 is included. To my very furious realization - It does not. This is false advertising and I never would have bought it knowing this, or I would have gone for a different laptop.

Utterly disgusting!
