Incredible Connection Falls Advertising

Bought a Gaming Laptop after reading reviews and checking specs, advertising and reviews said, Laptop has Backlit Keyboard, Laptop I bought does not have backlit keyboard, went back to store, and they said, its a different product, after I explained that its the exact same one as advertised, refused to help.
