Incredible Connection fails to measure up

I purchased a HP laptop and mouse online and was assured a three day turn around which resulted in a two week wait. In addition to this I have been reaching out for online support to register my laptop for the additional "Free" warrantee and have had no help in processing this, the result being that I am now told the 30 day time period to register my HP Laptop for the extended warranty has elapsed. I have also had no joy in obtaining an invoice for the purchase as it did not come with the item?? I am really disappointed in the online service and want the situation rectified ?? Where is the after sales service??
