Incredible Connection Failing To Refund My Online Order

I placed an online order for a Game-chair in 2024, and they couldn't deliver; they said it was out of stock. The Incredible Connection Fourways in Gauteng tried to give me a demo, but I was not satisfied with its condition, so I refused it. They couldn't pay me back at that time and promised me that my money would be in my bank account within a month. I have tried to communicate with three different managers at the Fourways branch to date, but they keep on promising me a refund to this day.
