Incredible Connection - Extended Warranty denied

I am complaining on behalf of my boss who wishes to remain anon on this platform. Communication from IC can be addressed to me. His laptop has crashed and still under extended warranty. They claim water damage to which my boss has written an affidavit stating the opposite with a witness declaring no spillage. Email: ***.
