INCREDIBLE CONNECTION -EXTENDED GUARANTEE

After my last experience with Incredible Connection I vowed never to set foot in their store again but as I needed a new laptop I thought ordering online would be a good alternative. I was pleasantly surprised by the fast and efficient way my order was processed and delivered but that was the end of the good experience - as part of the purchase you are offered an Extended Warranty which I thought was a good deal so I emailed the relevant documents to Incredible Connection but after waiting a 30 day and many phone calls to them I have still not received any kind of acknowledgement that my new laptop will be covered by the Extended Warranty - please can someone at Incredible just acknowledge that my laptop is covered
