i bought a new epson printer L382 from incredible connection followed their exact procedure, staff at incredible connection assisted me , registered and uploaded the receipt and model numbers to claim the "apparent" cash back that epson will pay directly into my bank account within 3 days of purchase .

This never happened and its been more than 12 days since my purchase ! this is a **** of note from incredible connection to sell more printers and epson also! there is no cash back ! i never even received any correspondence. i have email them, sent requests to Contact us - General enquiries with all the details and to no avail ! even contacted incredible connection that just shrugs their shoulders as they already made the sales and they just say contact epson its not our problem !

i could have bought a similar brand little bit more expensive printer knowing the price will not be cheaper after the cashback ! and have no problems ... incredible connection allows the epson sales consultants in their shops to market the products with **** **** like sales techniques to sell more printers on their "so called advertised specials" with "cashback" on their brochures and online stores...while actually there is no cashback you ...
