Incredible Connection ecommerce is terrible

Incredible connection online has been the worst experience ever, when I priced checked the product required they came up cheaper. I opted to go for the cheaper price and I have experienced nothing but issues. They tried to deliver without calling, now i can't get hold of anyone to assist and I can't get my required product.

The Incredible connection e-commerce div is not coming back to me, RTT have been rude and say I am not their customer as they are contracted by TARSUS who are now not delivering my item that I paid for. Absolutely useless the whole supply chain.

Now I cant get hold of anyone to give me money back so i can go and order from TAKEALOT like I Should have in the first place.
