Incredible Connection East Rand Retail Park

I’ve honestly had such terrible and absolutely disgusting service from this branch. I went there to apply for a contract (a laptop) which I need for work. The lady that assisted me apparently went on holiday & is the only person who is able to authorise this contract which I fail to understand as this is a big company and NOBODY ELSE (I’ve been told cannot authorise) although I have accepted a debit check mandate & everything has been approved - it’s been 5 days and still no laptop. I’ve tried speaking to a MANAGER & they still tell me the same bull****. Firstly nobody has given me feedback like I have asked, I’ve been called crazy by their consultants & this is honestly so frustrating that I cannot get in contact with anybody from head office. Save yourself to trouble and go to another branch because this is pathetic service.
