Incredible Connection East London is pathetic

Bad experience for 2 weeks trying to buy a tv from them. To the salesman selling the tv that was placed on hold for me..to him that telling me that I can take the demo model on display in the store..my wife got extremely angry and said to them that they wasted 2 and half weeks of travelling to and from Hemingways in East London at over 20km everytime. Incredible connection and the salesman that works there has put a bad taste in my mouth and I never want to see them again. Today I wake up and there is a message on my phone saying the tv set will be delivered..when I clearly cancelled it..now they are forcing me to take it! Im done with them!!!
