Incredible Connection e-commerce a mess

Horrific experience with their online platform. Head of e-commerce, Mongezi Ngozo ignored my email. Their customer service consultants are not empowered. Their escalation is limited to emails. I even tried to get hold of their CEO, Peter Griffiths, I was told he doesn’t take customer complaints, neither does his PA, even when one of his executives was providing no service to their customers. When the item was delivered, thanks to a concerned person’s intervention from head office, the box was crushed, I returned it instore for a refund. With all the negative reviews on this site, they must close shop on the e-commerce side.
