Incredible connection don't buy!

Placed an order online for a phone. Received an email the next day that it will be delivered within 1-2 days. Nothing was delivered. I consulted with a guy named Tony on their website help desk who told me that it will be delivered in that day. Still no delivery. I phone again and am now told that the courier will only be booked to deliver in two days time and a complain will be logged.

It's now Thursday and the delivery is due, I phone through to confirm an I'm now told Friday. Friday comes and apparently I rejected the package with the courier.

The company refuses to deliver my product and refuses to provide me with a refund.
