Incredible connection does not keep their warranties and sells faulty laptops.

Good day, I do not want to complain and hating the fact that I have to take these measures to have my voice heard. I have purchase a HP laptop from Incredible Connection on the 30th of May 2018. I have barely used it, and it was not a cheap laptop. After the third time of using it, it prompted a Windows update, which I did. The laptop then prompted a restart which it does, and I allowed it to restart. However, after that my laptop screen remained black. I immediately took the laptop back and had the technician look at it. I took it back in its original box and slip. However, at the end of the day when I returned, the technician informed me that he cannot help me and that I need to get a new laptop??? This IS an new laptop! When I asked him about the three year warranty on my laptop, he said that I did not register my laptop online which means that I do not qualify for the three year warranty anymore. I am beyond furious as no one informed me that I had to register my laptop in order to get the warranty. He then told me that he could send the laptop away to try and have it fixed but I will need to pay for it and that I don’t have proof of the purchase?? When I searched in my box where the slip was, it wasn’t there anymore and he insisted that there wasn’t a slip. But the slip was there and we still checked that it was when I handed the laptop in. This was a brand new laptop and Incredible connections just refused to help me. I sent them emails regarding the matter asking them to please help me and no one has ever returned a call or attempted to help. A similar situation happened with another friend of mine but because he bought his laptop on credit and not cash, they replaced his laptop after a massive fight. This was a lot of money spent to buy something that they promised to warranty and did not. I was forced to search out help elsewhere however I was informed by a HP consultant that this laptop was faulty from the start and the motherboard crashed???!! The laptop wasn’t even a year old at that stage!! We are in 2020 and to this day Incredible connection just shrugged their shoulders and told me that I must buy a new laptop as this laptop, which was barely used, or ever even had any work done on it, is completely broken and they will not be fixing it.
