Incredible Connection - do not order on line!!!

Ordered and paid for 3 items on the 8th of May. No tracking details, no follow up, nothing. Been trying to contact them for days, have send numerous emails, tried calling them lots of times, used there online chat forum : nothing, nadda! Nobody answers or gets back to me. Wonder if I lost all the money I spend!!
