Incredible connection - dismall service!

I ordered a PC via Incredible Connection online special. Specs included 16GB Ram but was only delivered with 4GB Ram. I have now zpent 8 days calling, emailing and reporting the issue. Everytime i am informed that the matter is being escalated with promises of being contacted within 24 hours. This has now been ongoing since last week and i am yet to receive a call or resolution to their error. The client service is utterly attrocious...
