Incredible Connection - Disgusting store policy

What a disappointment to buy from incredible connection at Southgate Mall. I walked in to find every single staff member with their head bowed glued to their phones. I had to make them aware that I needed help before I was attended to. When I was eventually attended to, it was with a cold and disinterested attitude. One that says "you're wasting my time, I have more important things to attend to". If I wasn't making a grudge a purchase, I would have left there and then. What made it even worse was the lack of product knowledge. There was no demonstration and/or explanation of how the product works, because "we don't have one that's opened". How disappointing. So I must go home, figure this thing out for myself. Should I find that it is not compatible and return it, I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK LESS 15%!! Really? After the inconvenience you've caused me you are going to charge me 15% for not knowing your product! Talk about ****************!!
