incredible connection disgusting service

Can someone in incredible connection please assist with my online order ref number *** ... I didnt recieve it yet i recieved a message saying i recieved it at 12 midnight.... there customer resolution centre is a complete joke as iv been calling for 7 straight days an no one can assist.. im still waiting for some imaginary supervisor too call me...

the customer resolution center has no idea wheres my order or whats going on.. i want nothing but a refund... we don't need such *********** service in 2019..

please send your staff for training.. invest in your staff.. that's the only way your name wont change to incredible joke because there's certainly no connection on all levels off staff at the moment..

due to this last week all i can think about is incredible inconvenience , incredible frustrations an such an incredible waste off time...

just save yourself the trouble an refund my money because i cant go on waiting an waiting an your own call centre doesnt know whats happening..
