Incredible connection

I order a laptop from the online platform and proceed with the necessary. I made a payment using the instant EFT payment the payment went of 2 times. When I went to my order history the order was cancelled although the payment was successful. I contacted their call center and they promised me that the one order will be processed and the other one will be cancelled. Yeah both orders has been cancelled by them and they still have my money no refund has been done.

They said I must consult my bank. I done so and my bank said they can not reverse the transaction since it is already processed by Incredible connection.

With numerous e-mails and proof of payments send to them I still do not have my money back and my tickets have been closed by them and nobody is responding on my emails anymore.
