Incredible connection

I purchased a cricut machine on the 25th September and on the 28th I received a call stating that the courier truck has been hijacked with my parcel and they'll call me back. I've been waiting it's currently the 4th of October. I haven't received any calls or updated tracking numbers. I'm having to call around finding out what's actually happening. Customer care is a joke
