Incredible Connection

Bought a TV online that took nearly 2 months to get delivered, it was faulty within 2 weeks of it being delivered, they came to fetch it in Feb 2020, it's now end of may and every time i call they give me different stories. I would NOT recommend that anyone purchase electronics from incredible connection. My experience with them was VERY TERRIBLE. I logged a lot of complaints with them, even asked that they keep the TV and return my cash, i was promised a call within 3 days. it's been 2 weeks now. I am fed up. Their number isn't toll free, so i spent a lot of money calling them with no results to show. I am sick of their shenanigans! You would never expect such from such a "reputable" company. My trust is out the door. They better not try to hide behind the Lockdown, Telephone towers are still up and running, communication still reaches us. They could have made the effort to call me and tell me about my TV. I flipping paid cash for that TV!
