Incredible Connection commits *****

I purchased a HP 8600 Office Jet Pro + Demo printer from Incredible Connection's online shop. I was not told it was a discontinued model. It was delivered to me on the 21/09/15. The on/off switch was faulty and I took the printer back to Incredible Connection Centurion for an exchange on the 28/09/15. I phoned Westley and head office ***) and he sourced another demo printer from Cape Town and had it couriered to Centurion. I had the printer fetched on the 2/10/15 when it arrived at the shop. <br> When I sent a fax today (5/10/15) I discovered this printer had been owned previously. I phoned the previous owners in Stellenbosch and discovered they bought the printer about two years ago, used it well and when it broke down returned it under warrantee. As Incredible Connection could not repair it to their satisfaction they were given a new printer..<br> Incredible Connection committed ***** in replacing my demo unit printer with a well-used previously owned printed which had been repaired. It is a ******** offence and I am very upset.<br> I phoned Westley (not available) and the shop manager at Incredible Connection Centurion (Simon) who wants nothing to do with this.
