Incredible connection Clearwater mall ****** me

I bought two Hp laptops from incredible connection Clearwater mall for R6000 each and they have been faulty from day 1 it's another thing if it were just 1 that was faulty but both of them was money down the drain.when I attempted returning it at the time I had misplaced my invoice therefore I did not get any help now after finding it after a year I get told it's past over dew what the hell.Is incredible connection not tired this *******.Please I either want my money back or these s**** HP laptops replace
