Incredible connection Clearwater mall

I had the worst service... Took in a faulty gadget from them and they said they will send it to manufacturer... It's a month now and have been call Incredible connection in Clearwater cause that is where I bought it and took it for repairs.. Only to find a manager named Tiisetdo Matonkonyane who has no customer service and very unprofessional. Till today my gudget is not returned and there is stil no way forward. Incredible connection Clearwater is nonsense
