Incredible Connection Clearwater - Bad Experience.

I write this review to talk about the bad service received from Incredible Connection in clearwater. I bought a phone from them a Samsung A33 5G phone last year. The phone was faulty and was not working. I took the phone for repairs on the 27th of April 2023. I was told that the repairs will take 14 business days. I spoke to a technician by the name of Rea. Only to be told that the phone was only booked for repairs on the 6th of May 2023. The Samsung supplier would come to inspect the phone on the Monday the 8th of May 2023. No one called me to give me an update. I kept on calling them again. The supplier did not come to fetch my phone. The phone has not been inspected since the 27th of April 2023. No one has given me feedback as to what the delay is. I keep on getting shoved from pillar to post. I called again on the 20th of May 2023. I spoke to a Xolani and a Rea. Who assured me that they will escalate this matter. My phone is still in the store and no one has attended to it. No one has given me feedback. This is unacceptable and shows the lack of client service in this branch. I need this matter to be handled as there is no turnaround time given as to when I will receive my phone. I was made to hold and no manager even answered my call and they dropped my call. I feel frustrated as I thought such a big organization would take care of their customers better. Now I regret even buying the phone from them.
