Incredible Connection - can't keep their promises

Bought a Macbook Pro from Incredible Connection on a black Friday deal. They promised to deliver in 2-5 days. Still waiting. Can't reach them cos they never answer phones. They blame the courier company RTT Logistics. They take no responsibility for delivery. Incredible Connection cannot keep their promise. Still waiting for my R18k purchase.
