Incredible Connection Canrnival Mall

We had the worst customer service at Incredible Connection in carnival mall, we bought a laptop there that is NOT WORKING at all. Yesterday took it in for them to check it, the Manger just laughed us off and salesman told us he can't assist as it's not in 14 days return policy, now what about the warrantee I ask you? We walked out there with the same NOT WORKING laptop it's going to cost me now to go to matrix to fix a BRAND NEW Laptop and then we loose the warrantee, will NEVER SUPPORT Incredible Connection again!
