Incredible Connection

Dealing with incredible connection has been one of the single most frustrating exercises I have carried out to date, my Xbox one failed within warranty and incredible connection will not assist in the slightest. Besides that point upon not being able to resolve the issue while dealing with the manager of the of the store I requested the number for a regional manager to which I was told they will contact them that they don't think your phone me back and then allowed to give me the number so in other words go take a long walk on a short pier!!!!!
