Incredible Connection

I brought my Hisense TV from Incredible Connection as I believed they had a good name , HUH !!! on the 5th Oct 2019 I put the TV on early am to watch the Rugby World cup match , England V Argentina , NO Sound it was working fine when turned off on the Friday evening ! My husband & I took it to the Incredible Connection In the Whale Coast Mall Herm**** , we live in Sandbaai , 5 mins away , Of course being Saturday nothing could be done , we were told that it would go to the Technician on Monday at Parrow . We went to the Mall the following Saturday & went into the shop see if any news on the TV only to be told it was only collected yesterday Friday !!!! I was Livid , this saga has gone on & on . the last time we went in 2 weeks on we were told the TV had gone up to Joberg !!!!! I went Berserk in the shop what the Hell is going on , Yesterday I rang Hisense , I was told straight away the TV had not been sent to Jo berg & they would find out where it was & WHAT was going on , I was rung & told that the TV was still in the Shop in the Mall !!!!!! it had never left the shop at all & Hisense were going to send a Technician there today to see to the TV , they had been telling us Lies every time we went into the shop it was a different story !!! My Husband rang the shop & gave them a right Blasting & today we are going up there to confront them , This is DISGUSTING service from Incredible Connections will Never purchase anything from them again
