Incredible Connection Brits Mall Bad Service

On Wednesday 2022-05-25 I bought a Sansui tv at Incredible Connection Brits Mall. I payed in full. I was told that the tv will be delivered from Rustenburg to Brits Mall either on Friday 2022-05-25 or Monday 2022-05-30. I was there on Monday 2022-05-30 and was told that the tv has not been delivered. I phoned them on Thursday 2022-06-02 and again was told thta the tv has not been delivered. This is very bad service as I must phone them to find out what is going on with my tv and they just dont have any customer service to phone the client and explain why this is happening. Dont buy anything from them if it must be ordered as you wont receive your purchase.
