Incredible Connection bad staff support.

Wanted to buy a HP Laptop today from the Sandton branch, only to be told I must first sign on to the loyalty program, then I went to the HP shop a few shops down and bought one from them. Last week went to the Rosebank branch and Simpiwe said all in order I can come back after the laptop is released from the "cage" only to come back and he was not where to be found because they did not have stock.
