Incredible Connection Bad service

I experienced a very bad service from incredible connection, I bought 2 sinotec screen online, I was doing installation for my client, one TV was not working, the HDMI ports were faulty thenwe returned it, now we bought 1 for the same client, is been 2 weeks now waiting for delivery, we called and lodged a complain but it's not working no answers of calls, now client is angry at us and canceled other deals we had for future.
