Incredible Connection Bad Service

I have been waiting for a product since the 23rd of November and till today it hasn't arrived, the reason is that the product is by the warehouse but no one has updated me further than this, product cannot also be picked at the warehouse which is a shock, I am gravely disappointed with this and will not be recommending this business to anyone AT ALL!!! Complaint has also9 been logged against their uncanny **** promises with ticket ***
