Incredible Connection bad customer service and poor quality product.

In July last year I bought a Targus laptop bag from Incredible connection store in East rand mall for R1 499,70. at that time we were still working from home until about September 2020 when I started using the laptop bag as we returned to the office. Soon after I started using the bag the zip broke. By the time I needed to return the bag the store had closed down. I didn't know what to do so I emailed customers services who advised me to take it to the nearest branch. I then went to the north rand road branch, they told me to bring a slip which I didn't have anymore. They said to bring a bank statement to reflect the transaction as I could have bought the bad from a "Chinese shop" according to the black female supervisor. I went back to the store with the bank statement reflecting the transaction. The said they don't have the bag anymore, which I subsequently found on the floor and showed it to them. My bag still looks exactly the same and still in the same excellent condition. Item number is ***9. I was then advised to take the bag back to the supplier, by the name TARSUS, they will not be able to assist me further. Then the black female supervisor said she cannot find the transaction on their system she will phone or log a call with IT or head office on Monday 15 Feb, they will call me. I am still waiting for the phone call. What's annoying about the whole experience is the up and down that I have had to do, waiting at least an hour in the store while they are figuring out how to assist me. Secondly, to go find a supplier that I do not even know. Thirdly the bag is not some cheap item that I probably wouldn't even bother to return. While setting up my home office last year I had bought my 27 inch dell screen from incredible connection, before then an HP laptop and other gadgets that I buy from time to time, for me to be treated this way.
