Incredible connection are *****!

On the 11 of January 2019 i had placed an order with Incredible connection for a powerbank which was advertised for R289 with free delivery at the end of January.

This was what the company displayed regarding the special proce offer with free delivery.

It is now the 1st of February 2019, no delivery.

I proceeded to call the call centre, the guy says that there was no stock of the product, they only received it yesterday, firstly i paid upfront online on the 11 of Jan. My money was quick to be taken.

No one had notified me not there not being stock ! This is bull**** stories! I'm a paying customer & you'll are falsely advertising.

The guy at the call centre, says that I should receive product after 21 days time! So what, wait till ending of February???

Incredible connection, you'll have lost my support & the brand image you'll portray towards me is disgusting! I'm going to tell everyone who I know that but online to never support you'll!

Stop lying & taking money upfront & letting the money sit in the company account to earn interest!
