Incredible Connection and hp disappoints!

Am having a horrible customer experience with Incredible Connection Cresta, aka Incredible *******ion. Bought a top of the range hp from them. Just over a month in the computer ceased. Took it back for assessment, and two months in still don’t have a resolution. As small business owner being without a computer is death. Neither the technical consultant Oliver, nor the branch manager could give a damn about customer service, hiding behind “the rules” to excuse their poor customer service. Feeling so frustrated with the run-arounds! I really expected so much more from these brands!
