Incredible Connection and Bitdefender Total Security 2016
<p>Hi guys, if you do not want to be ********** R599.30 stay away from Incredible Connection in Mall of the North. I purchased Bitdefender Total Security 2016 for 3 pc and could not install via their instructions. All I found in the box was a code which was not key for the program but for a website. It was stated that the I should follow the instructions on the website which sounded ok at the beginning. Then as I visited the site, it asked me to provide email to receive a key. I tried and waited for 2 days and received nothing. It only made me to download an installer which was cut at least 15 times and even after the download the update got interrupted many times. I thought it might be the operating system and however I did not want it to do, I have upgraded the company's 12 days old pc to w10. As it was I got frustruted I decided to report it to Incrediple *******ion and waited there at least 10 minutes to have a consultant. Afterwards a guy showed up as manager and I told the story from the beginnig and he told me I have to have patience until I got the mail from the site the put the sticker on. I tried to explain that I did not buy the item from the website and it was their problem if the site does not respond me and the manager told me previously they had the same problem from their suplier (it means that they sticked their supplier web adress on the box) and they returned all the items. He told me after all they have nothing to do with their own supplier as they pretended they did not sell the item in the first place. He sounded like he knew the items had such problems but he continued to sell as they were. The attitude of the manager was quite irritating and he was like expecting a fight. Now all I have an expensive box with full of trash but no key for internet security, no customer care from a famous(!) company and irritating , life threating tone from gangster looking managers. I would like to thank for inredible connection to have my pocket empty and saving me to have load of money. PLEASE DO NOT ******* BY THEIR FANCY SHELVES AND STAY AWAY ANY SOFTWARE PURHASE FROM INCREDIBLE *******ION...</p>

I have sorted the problem by myself. The crew from phoenix distribution did not want to except the fact that their site was not really functioning at all, but with little bit of frustration I manage to get hold of serial key from their side and intall the program as well. But still as a customer I believe I have some value like everyone else. I mean there should be some way to understand a problem and help customer, there is no reason for a manager to act like a gang in the shop and say that the shop only provides the box and rest must be sorted out with phoenix distribution. If you selling a product you are responsible for the content. For example you do not return your good to the supplier if you buy some rotten canned food from pick n pay. You go back pick n pay and ask for exchange or refund. But obviously you cannot tell that fact to the manager of IC at Mall of the North in Polokwane. Well, I understand that happens alot when an ignored and incompotent person is hired. Regards
