Incredible Connection an Incredible Disappointment for online shopping.

Bought a Tv online via Incredible Connection aka Incredible Disappointment . and when I switch it on it was broken, Logged the call the next day and it took them a week to collect it after I had contacted them. It has been two weeks and no word on what is happening. I messaged and called the call centre and they said, they would escalate the matter to head office and that head office will call me. I contacted the call centre again to get head office number when calling that number I was told 3 times I have the wrong number and was given 3 different numbers. When I got to the correct number incredible Disappointment system was offline. After sale for online purchases sucks and will not buy anything from them as they don't have proper systems in place to deal with online logistic.
