Incredible connection advertising false promotions.

Incredible connection advertised a Mtn data promotion, however I've gone to 2 stores and both of the stores don't have access to the MTN portal. How is it in this day and age a business can advertise a promotion for month and now it's the third week of the month and still nothing has been about it.***ondly the the service I received from the pavilion branch in Durban is absolutely appalling. Staff standing around and doing nothing. Yet the one person who was actually working and packing shelves came up to me and asked me if I need help after standing there over 5 minutes. Incredible connection is the worst.
